I have had multiple Holland Grills and have loved them. about 2 years ago I bought a Tradition that I have never been able to get the Flame high enough to heat past 300 Deg. empty. I called Holland and they sent me an new gas valve but that made no difference. I adjusted the air mixture also to no avail. Any ideas out there ?

If you are on LP gas with a 20 lb tank, it sounds like your regulator needs to be reset or replaced.

The reason the flame does not get "high enough" is not enough gas getting into the burner. That can only be the regulator or some kind of blockage in the gas valve.
