Droll

flame goes out easy when theres a little wind has anybody had this problem and any suggestions.

Chad F

Droll,
Is your grill getting to the full 400/450 temp before cooking? If not, weak flames blow out more easily & you need to get some trouble-shooting help. You might have a regulator problem

Also, are you closing the lighting hole cover after lighting?

D Roll

its a brand new grill how would you tell that it is getting up to full temp?

Chad F

D Roll,
Use an oven thermometer. Put on cooking surface, heat on high for 15/20 minutes with the lid closed & check the temp.
If it's not 400/450, call Holland for help.
