Texas Jim

Good afternoon all,

I used t be a wood and charcoal guy. Then switch to propane due to time and frequency of grilling. I have blown out gas burners left and right. Last year I fell for a nice looking grill at sam's. Nine months later, all four burners are shot! $48.00 each!

A guy I know said get a holland. Well, I am ready.

Which one should I get?

I cook everything on my grill - fish tacos, pizza, briskets, pork butts, ribs, chickens, turkeys, burgers, dogs, steaks, chops, shrimp and all kinds of fish.

I use a grill at least 3 times a week. There are five in my family.

Which model do you recommend and why and how much should it cost?

Thanks,

Jim

All of the Holland models great and you can't go wrong with any of them. The Apex is the one for you if longevity is the most important factor and price the least important. The Heritage is for the guy with the complete opposite set of priorities. If you can't decide then buy the EPIC. I did. I'm probably just as thrilled with the Epics as I might have been with either of the other two. Hope I cleared things up for you!

I agree, the Epic is the best buy for my money. The bottom half is aluminum and won't rust. It gets just a tad hotter than the stainless and it doesn't show grease like a stainless grill does. And, it's a few hundred less. I love mine and I absolutely wear it out--4 or 5 times a week. Good luck!

My real question is how much are they? I'm just heard of the holland. Thanks in advance.

My Epic was just over $600 plus tax but it was a leftover model a couple/three years ago. Knowing what I know now I'd have paid twice that for it.
