We have had our GRILL for several years and love it, using it at least once a week.

I guess I can't give the whole recipe as I got it from Ron Douglas on which his mother uses.

We have done it for two yeas. But I must admit not on the Holland...we were out of gas. Prepare your turkey with your rubs and seasoning according to your choice. BUT place the turkey breast side down. IT WILL BE MOIST.

I can not stand dry white is like balsa wood..but it will not, doing it this way. It will not be golden brown, but this is no problem as we slice it up before going to the table.

I am sure it will even be better on a Holland, so plan on doing it on our Holland the next time
