What is the ideal grilling temp of a Holland Grill? I have a Holland and just added a thermometer.

If you added a Holland thermometer, it has a green zone that goes from 350 to 450 degrees. In my experience, the grill should preheat in normal outdoor temps to somewhere in the top of the green zone (400/450)and actually cook somewhere in the bottom of the green zone (350/400). The more food you put on, the lower the cooking temp will be.
