one side of my grill cooks faster than the other any suggestions?

AJ

Does your burner look to be burning evenly?

@ David

Is your grill setting on a level surface?
Is your grill & all internal parts level? If not level, more heat goes to the high side.

MY GRILL IS HOTTER IN THE LEFT REAR CORNER THAT IS WHERE MY WIFES STEAK GOES.

uup the left side is hotter. i think it is because the right side has the grease drain pipe which takes heat away from going up

My grill is hotter in the left rear corner as well. Several times I have placed apple wood chip in trays in both rear corners figuring that I would create more smoke. When I have finished cooking the chips on the left are completely black while on the right side they haven't blackened at all. Also a 5 pound whole chicken took 9 minutes longer to cook to 180 degrees on the right side vs the left. I really don't see this as a problem but just an observation that I have made. I love my Holland grill and I have had nothing short of great results.

The Holland Grills are always going to be a little warmer on the left side because of our drip pan and its slope for grease run-off. Heat is always going to find the highest area. You can remedy this a little by making sure it is completely level, side to side and front to back, and then after it is completely level raise the right side about 1/2". I think this will take care of your situation.
