Thinking about cooking a standing rib roast for christmas this year. Anyone got any ideas?


Just season and put it on. Cook to 130 for rare and 145 for medium. perfect every time.


Used carolina seasoning all over. Cooked to 150. Perfect! If you have not tried this one you should.
