I am a woman and manager of a rather large company. I think I do a pretty good job and so do my customers, thank you very much.

When I received my new grill it was damaged. I called and complained....3 days later I received the new parts plus a case of Carolina Seasoning Mix.Which is GREAT!

I know this thread has some age on it, but I couldn't resist, when I saw the content. I am the proud owner of a classic, purchased at least 10 years ago. I called the 800 no. to talk about rust (I know, the nerve, huh?). The lady prolly spent 20 minutes talking to me, and never once suggested that I buy a new grill, even tho that's what I was considering. I finally took her kind advice, and bought the EZ Bottom Kit, and I'm totally happy. I spoke with two different people, and both were awesome.
