I have owned a holland classic grill for years and loved it after, I solved the low temp problem. I live in an area that has a strong afternoon breeze and had trouble keeping the temp above 300f. So, I took a couple 1/4 x 1 pieces of steel and laid them over the smoke stacks, then I would flip them up and down to control the internal temp. This worked well for years and now I'm looking to purchase a new holland. I like price point of the wrangler and was wondering if any testing was done to see if the new stackless design retains heat better in windy conditions, or will I have the same issues as the traditional design
