Topic Title: Grill 30lb pig

Has anyone grilled a pig on the Holland Grill? I have a tradition and would like to try. I know the recommended cooking temperature for cooking pig is 250 degrees so I am assuming I have to keep the liquid tray filled with apple juice or any other liquid of choice to keep the temp of the grill down. Any suggestions or recommendations would be appreciated. Thanks

A 30 pound pig sounds too big for the standard size Holland grill.
