Brand new customer wondering how long to cook a little one pound already marinated pork tenderloin.
I need to buy the cookbook, I guess!

Use a meat thermometer to cook it to an internal temp of 160+-.
Actual cooking time will always vary depending on your particular grill, the weather, etc.

Any time I cook something that size I toss out the time stuff and just go with the internal temp probe.

One idea - go ahead and see how long it takes. The next time you do one, as long as your Holland is holding the same temp, the same sized piece of meat should take the same time to cook to the same doneness.
