About 2 weeks ago, I was at a Holland demo and the gentleman was cooking a pork loin. I would like to try to cook one on my grill this weekend, but I didn't notice if the drip valve was open or closed. Does anyone know the answer to this? We purchased our Holland grill about a year ago and I love cooking on it. I am always looking for new recipes and food to try. Thank you.

Do you know how long per pound?

An estimate is about 20 min. per pound. Best way is to use a thermometer and cook to 162 degrees internal.
Sally... what a combo... The Andersons in Maumee (super nice store) and a Holland grill... they both just exemplify quality. Good luck and happy cooking!

I first wash and pat dry the loin, then I cut slivers of garlic and stab it.I put the slivers into the stab holes, then I coat the loin with olive oil and Carolina seasons with the fatty side up. I cook it to 160 degrees.
