Topic Title: Getting ready for Turkey

It has been a year or so since I cooked a turkey in my Holland. In looking at the Holland Grill Receipe Book, it says allow 15 minutes per pound. So with may 20lb turkey, that is 5 hrs. That seems a long time. What experience do you have in cooking your turkey on the Holland?

I should of checked past posts....this was discussed recently....if you want to respond great but I think the post recently discussed answered the question.

The 20lb turkey was awsome. The wife was really concerned about moistness, but not an issue. Cooked it for 4.5 hours to a temp of 160 degrees. Now to plan a roast.
