It's that time of year again. Time to grill your holiday turkey on your Holland. There's nothing quite like it and it's so simple. Even better, it frees up your kitchen oven for those delicious breads and desserts. Happy Thanksgiving! click here to see how we do it.


Fourth Thanksgiving in a row with our turkey from the Holland and once again, no left overs. I have learned one little thing that really helped my turkey, I know the video states to remove at 180 degrees. I have found that I should pull it at 165-170. The turkey is usually the first thing that if finished on Thanksgiving morning and I usually wrap it in foil after cooking for several hours before everything else is ready. I have pulled at 180 and found the turkey to be a little dryer by the time we eat.

Sorry Kroger but your store cooked turkeys just don't make the grade in our house now thanks to the Holland.


Will I be able to cook a 23lb Turkey on my Holland?

Most Definitely! As long as you can shut the lid completely, you should have no problem cooking your turkey, just be sure your cooking it to an internal temp of 180 degrees!


witch Holland do you have ?


I think 180 deg internal temp is too high. Might be wrong but just like pork doness temp changed a few years back and I believe the new internal temp for turkey is 160-165.
