Has anyone done a leg of lamb on their Holland. I have a 5lb boneless lamb leg roast. Thanks

I've done a leg of lamb multiple times, it's the best leg of lamb I've had. Here's my marinade:

1.5 cups greek yogurt (non flavored)
1/2 cup olive oil
1tbsp black pepper
1tbsp allspice
1.5tsp cumin (ground)
1/2tesp cinnamon
1tsp kosher salt (or more to taste)
8 minced garlic cloves
1 medium onion, grated in a cheese grater

Marinade overnight and put it on a grill, take off rare temp (or whatever you like) and let it sit for ten minutes. Carve. Drool.

I make sliders with them with a Mediterranean garlic sauce and sliced red onion.
