We've been grilling zuchs for 2 summers now, we slice them to look like large pickle spears. We just "marinate", salt, pepper and drizzle with EVOO. Place them on pre-heated grill, sliced side down, 10 min and flip to the other sliced side. Nice grill marks and great flavor, great for summer grilling.
