I just got my Holland for Christmas and I love it! I have a couple of wild turkey breasts in the freezer I would love to cook on my Holland. Any suggestions on the best way to do that? They don't have any skin on them, so I thought I might wrap them in bacon and then use the flavor buds to smoke them. Would some other way be better?

I like to keep it simple with turkey breasts. I rub with butter or olive oil, sprinkle on your favorite seasoning, mine is Hollands Carolina seasoning, & cook until the internal temperature is 175/180 degrees. I do occasionally add the Flav-o-buds for smoke flavor.
Let rest in the kitchen for 15 to 20 minutes after cooking so the meat can soak up the juices before slicing.
