Combine 1/4 cup of melted butter and a dash of Garlic Powder in a bowl. Brush butter/garlic powder mixture onto 2-4 cod fillets. Thinly slice two lemons and place half of the slices directly onto the grate of the Holland grill. Place the cod fillets on top of the lemons. Put the remaining lemon slices on top of the cod fillets and grill for 25 mins. Place perfectly cooked fillets on a wheat bun with tartar sauce for a wonderfully light meal.

Recipe also works for talapia and pollack. Add some freshly ground black pepper or even red pepper flake to spice it up.
