We've got a Holland Traditional grill and need to cook about 35-pieces of chicken. Can we do this all at one time? What's the most that will fit on the grill? Thanks for any help!

Tina,
Don't try to cover up the whole grilling surface. One layer & leave at least 2" around the edge open so the heat can circulate.
With 35 pieces, you are looking at at least 2 cooking cycles depending on the size of the pieces.

35 wings would be easily doable....35 chicken strips would be easy....35 Drumsticks could be done in one cooking cycle as well.....what is a "piece" of chicken to you?

Thanks Roger & Sean, I am looking at doing up to 35 various chicken pieces as I said before, wings, legs, thighs & breasts. I just bought a half grill and will do the wings and legs on that while I do the rest on the main grill. As Roger said I will leave 2" around the edges to make sure the half grill gets enough heat. What I can't get done on the 1st cycle I will add to the 2nd cycle. Thanks again for your help!

Sounds like you have a good plan!
