Topic Title: Pork Loin

Just finished a 5+ lb whole pork loin on my SG2. Marinated it over night in a teriyaki mixture (kid's like it. let it come to room temp while the grill preheated, added some H20 and threw it on. Here's the kicker. We are moving so we left to bring stuff to the new house, returned a1most 2 hours later, temp probe said 157, another 10 minutes and took it off at 162 degree's and let it sit for about 10 minutes. It turned out perfect. I really believe it's hard to mess up anything on a Holland. Think about it, what other grill can you walk away for 2 hours and not have one worry? This grill is amazing.
