How long doyoucook your ribs using the water/beer mix in the drip pan? Also, do you rap the ribs in foil or just lay them on the grid?



Hey Joel. It usually takes a few slabs of baby backs about 4-5 hours. I keep adding the water every hour or so to keep the temp down. After about 4 hours, I start checking the meat for tenderness. I don't wrap in foil, but you certainly could I'm thinking if you want. Good luck!
