Topic Title: Skirt Steak cooking time

I'm a new Holland Grill owner. I've had The Epic for about 2 weeks now. My family and I love it. I've cooked beef, chicken and pork on it. Everything has been great so far. I'd like to try cooking Skirt Steaks on it but I'm not sure how long they will take to cook. They are very thin cuts of steak and you can't put a thermometer in them. Does anyone have an idea how long they need to cook? I think 5 or 6 minutes on each side but if somone has experience cooking them I'd really like your thoughts.

I am going to post a Skirt Steak Argentinean Recipe that will knock your socks off. Just checking site now. 5 or 6 minutes where on the grill or searer?? I made them 2 weeks ago and remember somewhere in the neighborhood of 25 min or even more. I am talking about the grill part. I am currently making up an excel program with times on it and will post about it and get everyones imput and times.
