Anyone have a great pork chop recipe? None on the blog and only one in recipes on website. What are you doing?

Hi Chet,

We just marinate our chops in a ziplock bag for a couple of hours or more in Italian Dressing. Preheat the grill and throw them on for around 15 to 20 mins. I flip them about 1/2 way through. Just like everything else cooked on the Holland...JUICY and TENDER !!! Best chops you can grill and so easy !

Thanks! That works great. Not many receipes on chops.

Take a pork chop, without bone, slice it long way in the middle, place fresh sausage in the cut part, wrap with bacon and grill till done. Make sure you get a thick chop to do this with!

Google "Inedible to Incredible" and search for "Quick-Brined Pork Chops" OMG these were the best pork cops I have ever made on my Heritage+! Have to give my wife the credit for finding the recipe though!
