I purchased our first Holland Grill in about 1990. After about 10-12 years the drip pan started to rust out. I called and HG sent me a new and all I had to pay for was freight. A couple I bought an Apex model and it wasn't getting hot enough, so they sent a new larger orifice for the gas to me at no charge. Now, the igniter isn't working like it should and even though the warranty is over they are sending me a new one at no charge. THESE GUYS ARE GREAT! I couldn't be happier with their service.


Your experiences with Holland are just like mine. Great folks to deal with.
