Has anyone cooked a flank steak on the Holland yet? If yes would you share the recipe?

1 Flank Steak
  1 recipe for flank steak marinade(see marinades)
Preheat Holland Grill for 15 minutes. Fill smoking drawer with hickory flavor buds or wood chips. Place flank steak in the center of the grill. Grill for 20 minutes, then flip and grill for another 20 minutes. Internal temperature should be between 135-140 for medium. Remove flank steak and allow to rest for 5-7 minutes. Slice across the grain. Take remaining marinade and microwave 1-11/2 minutes pour over sliced steak. (be very careful the marinade will be extremely hot)


Marinade is simply 1/3 cup of each of the following: olive oil soy sauce and lemon juice


I cooked my flank steak on the SearMate for about 3 minutes on each side on the high setting. I then let it rest for 10 min, then cut across the grain. Makes a great steak salad when served with blue cheese dressing, or great fajitas.
