Anyone have a good sea bass recipe?


No, but I've done striper, cat, and others this way:
cut into chunks 1-2". Brush with olive oil and lemon, salt and pepper. Pre-heat the grill and place fish directly on the grate. You can tell when it's done by the pearly white appearance.
So simple and so delicious.
I've always meant to try other coatings, but I can't get past this simple method.
